Instructions for attendees |

KickStartz 2009 is a little over a week away so I thought I'd put out some basic instructions for attendees.
First and foremost, we recommend you get there early, the event starts promptly at 6pm so arrive early to get your registration packet.
This packet can be found at the registration table in front of the Commons area (please refer to this document for a floorplan of DeVry. This is the same agenda document found when registering.
Once inside we will be serving food and will have a few quick opening presentations.
Once the presentations are finished, we will open up the floor to attendees wanting to pitch their ideas. When you have an idea to pitch, a facilitator will put the idea on the wall (using a large sticky pad) for the attendees to brainstorm. At registration, you'll be given a sticky note with your name on it. As ideas are presented, attendees are free to put their name on the idea they want to work on. At a high level, that's it! |
